IGP Idris easily  accessible, says Jnr police officers.

Some junior police officers have expressed  their happiness that IGP Ibrahim Kpotun-Idris has remained easily accessible to all officers and men of the force across Nigeria.




The officers spoke when the IGP addressed over 600 Police Mobile Force currently undertaking the anti kidnapping and other criminal activities along Abuja-Kaduna highway on Friday.

Some of the officers who spoke to newsmen in their separate interviews include, Sgt Ibrahim Sabo, Sgt James Okoro, Cpl Inuwa Mohammed, Constable Jimoh Adebayo among others.


Men and officers of both military/police joint patrol at Alheri camp also lauded the police boss for coming to see them personally, adding also that the gesture will significantly move them to do more in addressing the security challenges in the area

The officers also maintained that seeing their police boss physically  present in their mix, area of operation has greatly boosted their moral to discharge their duties verge actively.

Consequently, they said that the invaluable gesture of the IGP Idris would surely spur them to be more diligent, committed and productive.

Similarly the officers maintained that the gesture their boss had encouraged them to do everything humanly possible to arrest those criminals terrorising law abiding citizens plying the highway.

Also speaking, District and youth leader of Rijana community, Alhaji Muhammad Dauda and Ismaila Ahmed both commended the IGP for the visit and pledged their sustained support and cooperation to the Nigeria police.
